Seed of a woman (virgin birth)...

Genesis 3:15
And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel."

Luke 1:35
The angel answered, "The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of G.od.

Matthew 1:18-20
This is how the birth of Jesus the Messiah came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be pregnant through the Holy Spirit. Because Joseph her husband was a righteous man and did not want to expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce her quietly.
But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, "Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.

Now the promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed He does not say, "And to seeds," as referring to many, but rather to one, "And to your seed," that is, Christ.

Genesis 14:18 (New American Standard Bible)

And Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine; now he was a priest of G.od Most High.

Matthew 26 (Worldwide English (New Testament))

26 As they were eating, Jesus took some bread. He thanked G.od for it and broke it. He gave it to the disciples and said, `Take this bread and eat it. It is my body.'

27 He also took a cup. He thanked G.od for it. Then he gave it to the disciples and said, `All of you drink from this.

28 This is my blood. My blood is the blood of the new agreement. It is given so that many people will be forgiven for the wrong things they did.

29 I tell you this. I will not drink any of the juice of the fruit of the vine again, until I drink some of it new with you in my Father's kingdom.'

...The Seed of Isaac...

Genesis 17:19 (Today's New International Version)

Then G.od said, "Yes, but your wife Sarah will bear you a son, and you will call him Isaac. I will establish my covenant with him as an everlasting covenant for his descendants after him.

Romans 9:7 (Worldwide English (New Testament))

This means that not all who were born in Abraham's family are God's children. God promised Abraham a son [Isaac]. His children [the Jews] are the ones that God called Abraham's true family.

Genesis 26 (TNIV)

2 The LORD appeared to Isaac and said, "Do not go down to Egypt; live in the land where I tell you to live. 3 Stay in this land for a while, and I will be with you and will bless you. For to you and your descendants I will give all these lands and will confirm the oath I swore to your father Abraham. 4 I will make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and will give them all these lands, and through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed, 5 because Abraham obeyed me and did everything I required of him, keeping my commands, my decrees and my instructions."

...The time of His coming...

Genesis 49:10 (New King James Version)

The scepter shall not depart from Judah,
Nor a lawgiver from between his feet,
Until Shiloh comes;
And to Him shall be the obedience of the people.

Luke 2:1-7 (New King James Version)
Christ Born of Mary
1 And it came to pass in those days that a decree went out from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be registered. 2 This census first took place while Quirinius was governing Syria. 3 So all went to be registered, everyone to his own city.
4 Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David, 5 to be registered with Mary, his betrothed wife, who was with child. 6 So it was, that while they were there, the days were completed for her to be delivered. 7 And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.

Galatians 4:4 (New King James Version)

But when the fullness of the time had come, G.od sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law,

...Called Shiloh or One Sent...

Genesis 49:10

The scepter or leadership shall not depart from Judah, nor the ruler's staff from between his feet, until Shiloh [the Messiah, the Peaceful One] comes to Whom it belongs, and to Him shall be the obedience of the people.

John 17:3

And this is eternal life: [it means] to know (to perceive, recognize, become acquainted with, and understand) You, the only true and real God, and [likewise] to know Him, Jesus [as the] Christ (the Anointed One, the Messiah), Whom You have sent.

...To come before Judah lost identity...

Genesis 49:10 (Darby Translation)

The scepter will not depart from Judah, Nor the lawgiver from between his feet, Until Shiloh come, And to him will be the obedience of peoples.

John 11 (Worldwide English (New Testament))

47So the chief priests and the Pharisees met together. They said, `What are we going to do? This man is doing many big works.

48If we do not stop him, everybody will believe on him. Then the Roman rulers will come and break down our holy town and our nation.'

49One of them, Caiaphas, was high priest that year. He said to them, `You know nothing.

50You do not understand. It is better for us if one person dies for the people. Then the whole nation will not be broken down.'

51He himself did not understand what he was saying. But he was the high priest that year. G.od spoke through him to say that Jesus should die for those people.

52Jesus would die, not only for those people, but he would gather together all of G.od's people who are out in different places.

John 10:16 (Amplified Bible)

And I have other sheep [beside these] that are not of this fold. I must bring and impel those also; and they will listen to My voice and heed My call, and so there will be [they will become] one flock under one Shepherd.

Exodus 3:13-14

And Moses said unto G.od, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The G.od of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, What is his name? what shall I say unto them?

And G.od said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.

Exodus 12:5 (King James Version)

Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats:

1 Peter 1:19 (Amplified Bible)

But [you were purchased] with the precious blood of Christ (the Messiah), like that of a [sacrificial] lamb without blemish or spot.
